The Service Department is headed by a Senior Service Engineer of the industry with wide knowledge on the product. The role of the Service Department is to ensure that the end customer is not inconvenienced during breakdowns. During warranty, service is provided by the respective agencies appointed by the Engine and Alternator manufacturers. Our Service Department plays the role of coordinating the services of the various agencies and also assists the agencies whenever necessary. It is also responsible for commissioning of the D.G. Set and handing over to the customer after commissioning.
